An opportunity to share/receive/ and attain further coaching if needed. Time for sharing and short treatments. The location is a comfortable cozy place. Do not skip breakfast. Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid anything tight or restrictive. You are welcome to bring a small pillow and/or a blanket for your comfort.

CHAMPISSAGE™
Champissage™ including energy balancing, without the need to undress or use of oils.It can rebalance your energy flow which gives you a deep sense of peace, calm and tranquillity.
Recommended number of sessions: Five
Each visit will be about 45-60mins in length
Champissage™does not require the participant to undress, however a lite Tshirt (round neck, short-sleeves, no collar) may be more comfortable as the work shall be done through the clothing.You will be asked to remove any necklaces, earrings and other hair/head-accessories.Participant bring their favorite gentle relaxation music. Remove all face make-up products for Champissage, so you may want to have your own make up and hair products available if needed after the session.

REIKI Classes
Rather than pre-schedule the classes, the first learner who books a class date determines what class will be taught on that day.So it may contain just the one student or it may contain a few.
If a class is listed, then at least one person is booked and if you wish to join us you may contact us to apply for this class.
If you do not see a class listed on the date you would like one, then no one has asked for a class yet! And so you may suggest a couple of days/dates for the class, and we shall let you know of the availability.
